MemoryCareHomes (memorycarehomes.fyi) holds as little personal data as the directory needs to run. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
1. Data you give us
Account data: your name and email address when you sign in, so the dashboard and claims work. Claim data: whatever you send to prove you represent a memory care home. Listing data: the details you submit for a memory care home or suggest as an edit, which appear on the public listing once approved.
2. Billing data
Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We keep only what the directory needs: which plan a listing has, its billing period, and Stripe's references for the customer and subscription.
3. Technical data
We keep limited technical data to run and protect the site, such as rate-limit counters and audit records of account and listing changes. IP addresses are stored hashed, not in plain text.
4. How we use data
To run the directory: show listings, process claims and submissions, bill paid plans, keep the site secure, and contact you about your account. We share personal data only with the services that run the site, such as Stripe for payments, and only what they need.
